Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for JJ Travels bookings. Specific terms may vary by service type or contract.

Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 12 to 24 hours of pickup may incur partial charges.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup or no-shows may be non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. If the requested time is not available, the booking may be treated as a cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Typical processing time is 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Service Interruptions

If a service cannot be fulfilled due to operational issues, a full or partial refund may be offered depending on the portion of service delivered.
