Services

JJ Travels provides premium transportation services including airport transfers, corporate travel, outstation trips, and chauffeur-driven rentals, subject to availability and confirmation.

Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed by JJ Travels to be considered valid.
• Prices and quotes are subject to change until confirmation is issued.
• Payments are processed through secure payment partners and are required to confirm bookings.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation/Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact details.
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid delays or additional charges.
• Comply with driver safety instructions and applicable laws.

Luggage and Property

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. JJ Travels is not liable for lost or unattended items, except where required by law.

Delays and Force Majeure

JJ Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJ Travels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
